About

We’re Drew and Tim, two crazy Caps fans whose love of the team was too much to contain to ourselves. When yelling from the last row of the Verizon Center just wasn’t enough, we decided to take our voices to the internet. We might not be experts, but then again, we never said we were.

Andrew Hallman

News from the Nosebleeds is written by crazy Balti-moron, Andrew (Drew) Hallman, who can usually be found yelling from the last row in the Verizon Center until he has no voice…or maybe not anymore cause tickets are too expensive. Drew loves the Caps…maybe more than most people should. As a result, News from the Nosebleeds was created in the Spring of 2011 to help channel this odd obsession into a (hopefully) positive outlet. Feel free to follow him on twitter @drewhallman or e-mail him newsfromthenosebleeds@gmail.com

Tim Horsey

Tim Horsey is a sophomore in the Phillip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park. He began contributing to News from the Nosebleeds, started by his good friend and Calvert Hall College High School brother Andrew Hallman, in November of 2011. Tim can usually be found either sitting on his couch screaming at the TV during a Caps game or right next to Drew in the last row of Verizon, also screaming during a Caps game. If anyone has any questions or comments for Tim, he can be reached on Twitter @THorsey17, on Facebook, or by email at THorsey17@hotmail.com.
